The KM2K Tanto by Waffentechnik Borkott & Eickhorn is the official combat knife of the Bundeswehr infantry – manufactured to military standards and designed for the toughest operating conditions. The 172 mm tanto blade made of 440A stainless steel is fully non-reflective and treated with military-grade corrosion protection. The optional serrated edge and the integrated sharpening plate with sapphires ensure long-lasting cutting performance.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide sits securely in your hand and has a thumb rest for precise control. A glass breaker and lanyard eyelets round out its tactical features. The included sheath has a strong retention spring, a water drain hole and a textile MOLLE- and IdZ-compatible carry system for flexible attachment to a vest, belt or load carrier. All parts are NBC-decontaminable and non-reflective.

What does surplus mean? Surplus goods come from military and government stocks. They were built for hard use – and are either used or unissued old stock. That means signs of wear, slight fading, and color variations between individual pieces are normal and part of the deal. What we rule out are defects – tears, damaged seams, broken closures, or missing parts. Every item is inspected before shipping.
No compromises on materials or workmanship. Only on price. Military-grade quality without a military budget
