Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Adversary Force.
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you an extended return period of 30 days in total from receipt of your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.

How to Start a Return

There, enter your order number and email address, select the items and you'll receive your return label.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within Germany, we charge a flat return shipping contribution of €5.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refund

Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount via the same payment method you used for your order.
Processing usually takes just a few business days.
